CELTIC ADVENTURES will create a tailor made package with fun based, physical and mental based activities which will develop communication, aid decision making and delegation skills.

Our Aim

Our aim is to get people out and about participating in enjoyable, honest, healthy, clean and above all FUN activities, but at the same time minimising our impact on our environment by not doing any activity that has long term damaging effects or uses fossil fuels.

We work with a maximum group size of 46 people at any one time.

Catering to all levels of physical ability from what ever background we will design a package that best suits you, your budget and your employees.

Having employees sharing experiences which are innovative, eco friendly and help encourage interpersonal communication skills bringing everybody together as a group can only be good for work relationships. All the activities arranged are designed to aid future working relationships even if it just a shared experience that gives employees some common ground to talk about and build upon.

Celtic Adventures Team

We have a wealth of experience from which to draw and we only use guides and leaders in outdoor activities, who have the appropriate and relevant qualifications coupled with experience to ensure that your employees are in the safest hands when with us. We also ensure that all the correct insurances required are in place and we are happy to provide documentation if requested.

What we will do for you and the next step!

The next step…

We establish what you are looking for and design the event accordingly to fit your expectations and budget.

We send Questionnaires to your company to be issued and completed by all participating employees to carry out an evaluation. This includes simple personal details, dietary requirements and making us aware of any physical condition that we need to be aware of. We ask that everybody is as honest as possible and complete the whole form accurately.

Then...

We will arrange all transport to and from your location anywhere in the UK using luxury coaches and transport to get to the activity sites based within easy driving distance from where ever we will be based whether it’s Edinburgh, Glasgow, Stirling, Pitlochry and Fort William.
Accommodation will be to what ever standard you wish. From exclusive hotels to more budget aware options. We will only use accommodation that we would happily stay in ourselves.
Meals will be arranged catering to all diets.
Most importantly we arrange all team building activities that will bring your team/s together.
Carry out briefings so that everybody knows exactly what they are doing and what is expected of them by one of our Celtic Adventure Representatives who will be with the group at all times ensuring that everybody is enjoying themselves and if they have any queries or concerns that require assistance they will be dealt with immediately.
